Adoption 101 Seminar for Horse Owners
July 14th, 2019- Time TBD- Held at Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation, Pittsville, WI
We are happy to roll-out a brand new event focused on educating horse owners on the little known secret of horse adoption. This year's seminar will discuss a variety of educational topics highlighting the benefits of horse adoption. Stay tuned for specific topics and expected guest speakers.

Midwest Rescue Horse Trainer's Challenge
2019 Event- October 19, 2019, Alliant Energy Center, Madison, WI
The 2019 Trainer's Challenge planning is underway. The Wisconsin Horse Alliance was lucky enough to receive a generous sponsorship from Triple Crown Nutrition, Inc. for this year's event. Thank you Triple Crown for your support of rescue horses in the Midwest!! Stay tuned for event details!
On Saturday September 22nd, 2018 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, the Wisconsin Horse Alliance hosted its 1st Annual “Midwest Rescue Horse Trainers Challenge”. This featured adoptable horses (of all ages and breeds) from equine rescues across the state of Wisconsin & Midwest, and trainers who were hand-selected for this unique opportunity. Each trainer and their horse had 90 days to train and prepare for the final competition, which will consisted of classes in-hand, walk/trot/canter under saddle, trail, and freestyle. All horses that participated in the challenge were adopted out at the end of the event! Check out our event website, facebook, & instagram pages for more information and to support the event.
